**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries, guidance, and support.
- Assist students with registration, scheduling, documentation, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with college policies.
- Coordinate orientation sessions, academic advising appointments, and student events.
- Monitor student progress and flag concerns to the Academic Director.
- Assist with placement coordination and follow-up with students.
- Create engaging social media reels and short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling posts, and maintaining a consistent online presence.
- Support marketing campaigns highlighting student achievements, program updates, and campus activities.
- Capture photos and videos during events and classroom activities to enhance digital outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing or a related field.
- Must have minimum 3 years of Previous experience in student services or academic counselling is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic social media tools.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience creating digital content (reels, short-form videos) is an required.
