**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a **Sales Support Business Coordinator **based at our North York location reporting into the Senior Sales Operations Lead. This position is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated, creative professional who is looking for an opportunity to further develop a dynamic sales career.

**A day in the life of...**:
As a Sales Support Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the director and field team members as well as handling non-routine information and carrying out activities following general guidelines with limited direction.

You will also:

- Coordinate administrative tasks and projects such as, calendaring, tracking budgets, invoice coding, managing travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, manage SharePoint etc.
- Complete customer forms related to new item forms and listing packages
- Prepare charts, tables, graphs and other presentation materials to support functional work in addition to proofreading functionally specific materials for accuracy
- Proactively identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication
- Handle non-routine information and carry out activities following general guidelines with limited direction
- Exercises independent thinking and discretion

- Minimum 2 years sales or analytical experience
- Completed University Degree or College Diploma ideally in Business Administration
