**Responsibilities**
- Administer human capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance management
- Network on behalf of MNP, acting as an ambassador for the organization
- Consult and mentor leaders through the talent acquisition process and on issues related to legal, procedural, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards and performance management
- Lead consistency of performance targets, relevance of targets, process for promotions, transfers, job classifications, annual compensation cycle and performance evaluations
- Participate in and conduct annual salary submissions, including job matching and related data
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetings
- Manage terminations as appropriate, conduct exit and stay interviews and participate in dispute resolution meetings
- Serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations and educating on self-service options
- Analyze statistical reports to identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivity
- Oversee the facilitation of regional learning and development administration and programs
- Communicate disability management matters with benefits team members, provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issues
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
- Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
- Completion of, or working towards, CHRP designation
- 5 years of HR leadership experience
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
