Continental Currency Exchange (CCE) is searching for a VP of Operations to join our team. The VP of Operations will drive operational excellence, play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in steering the Operations Department and ensuring seamless coordination across the organization while driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

**Some Key Responsibilities**:
As the VP of Operations, you will:

- Own and oversee CCE's online platform, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and service systems for CCE's Operations and Vault teams.
- Manage departmental budgets and oversee cash positions.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve interdepartmental challenges.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives, contributing to the company's priorities and objectives.
- Support IT initiatives, providing insights and feedback from an operational standpoint.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators, implementing strategies for financial improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and coach reporting teams, fostering a positive work culture.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A diploma or degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field; MBA is considered an asset.
- 10+ years of progressive experience preferred, with at least 5 years in Management, ideally in the finance industry.
- Prior experience with digital onboarding and transactions in the financial industry space.
- Excellent Management, negotiating, and organizational skills.
- Strong budgeting and project management experience.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
