Refer to the "How to apply" section if you require a disability-related accommodation. **What can I expect to do in this role?**: In this role, you will: - provide hands-on, day-to-day, operational support to all Information Technology Services operational activities work with other groups to complete operational tasks - provide technical problem-solving expertise (Tier 1 & 2 & 3) to business operations and colleagues - administer and manage security and encryption programs, policies, and procedures in liaison with partners, vendors, users, and clients. - provide technical support to Corporate Information Technology initiatives - review operational inefficiencies, systemic problems, researches and recommend new technology solutions - design, install, support and troubleshoot complex technologies such as: Ethernet switches and router equipment, remote access (SSL & IPSec, VPN), WAN compression devices, site to site VPN connections, firewalls, SDWAN, and emergent Cloud Based network methodologies - develop technology related policies, guidelines, and operational procedures **How do I qualify?**: **Mandatory**: Valid class G Ontario Driver's Licence to travel throughout the province.
