**Opportunity**:
Contract Administration of Highway, Bridge, and Municipal Road Rehabilitation, including Sidewalk, Electrical, Watermain & Sewer Projects
**Location**:
Primarily GTA expanded to Central and West Ontario
**Minimum Qualification**:
P.Eng., EIT, or rcca, from OACETT. Additionally, a PMP accreditation would be an asset
Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of recent Ontario-Based experience in support of project management, contract administration, cost engineering, construction sequencing, relative to large and complex engineering/construction projects
Must have experience in at least three (3) verifiable Ontario-Based projects of Highway, Bridge, Roadway, Sidewalk Construction/Rehabilitation, Streetlight/Traffic Signal Installation/Removal/Relocation and Water or Wastewater related.
**Expectations**:
As a seasoned CA, having full, and direct responsibility of CA Office, and Site Inspectors, while functioning as the direct liaison with the Contractor in overseeing all construction operations, and other matters related to Client, Sub-Consultants, Third-Party Agents, and Regulating Authorities, and other tasks assigned by the PM.
**Compensation**:
Above the Market Rate/Salary in both Hourly Contract or Annual Salary formats.
**For Annual Salary, the package additionally includes**:
Three (3) weeks vacation
One (1) week sick days
Statutory Holidays
Benefit (Medical, Dental and Vision Care) + Life Insurance (Equal to One (1) Year Salary)
