Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate administrative functions and office procedures.
- Assist in preparing agreements, quotes, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate lead meetings, project start, and payment schedules.
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
- Manage social Media pages such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Coordinate with the site crew for the material delivery
- any other administrative tasks assigned
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales and administration positions is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently fast-paced environment.
- Experience as social media organiser/coordinator is an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 3 years (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (required)
