Overview:
KUBRA is looking for a bright HR Administrator to work along side our award-winning HR team. As the HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, administer benefits (Canada and US), maintaining employee records on Oracle HCM and so much more

**This position is a 18-20 month contract**

What you get to do every day:

- Administer employee health and welfare plans for both Canada and the US offices
- Ensure the effective utilization of benefit and insurance plans as it relates to HR’s programs and wellness services
- Administer group benefit programs including liaising with benefit providers and employees
- Upload and maintain employee records on Oracle HCM
- Maintain and improve KUBRA’s HR processes, including but not limited to benefits administration, reconciliation of benefit statements
- Prepare reports and analysis on key metric and costs, which include conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs and recommending corrective actions
- Required to provide new hire orientation of key aspects on onboarding as it specifically pertains to benefits (CND/US) and ADP
- Maintain employee databases, training records, documentation, and organizational charts
- Answer general HR queries from employees
- Prepare and disseminate internal and external communication (memos, posters, announcements, articles, etc.)
- Compile reports and statistical data for period reporting as well as ad hoc reports
- Committee involvement - active participation in the company committees
- Travel may be required to our US offices

- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
- You are self-sufficient and can create programs from scratch
- You have the ability to be creative and enjoy developing and leading initiatives
- Team player - there’s no “I” in team

What skills do you need?:

- You have 3+ years of HR Administration experience with a focus on benefits administration
- You’re a pro with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with HCM is an asset but not required
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR or related field is required
