We have an opening for Administrative Support in our Edmonton Showroom. This position will have a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday.
**What you will do**:
- General reception duties including greeting and directing customers in the branch, answering the phones, sorting and preparing mail and ordering supplies for the branch.
- Set up appointments for our customers with Sales Consultants
- Process payments in the branch and over the phone
- Balance daily cash reports, maintain invoice queues and deliver bank deposits
- Maintain showroom price tags
- Support Sales Consultants by entering orders, preparing spec packages and complete follow-up as requested
- Coordinate employee breaks to help maintain adequate coverage on the showroom floor
- Arrange for courier pick up as required
- Assist with inventory when possible
- Perform other duties as assigned
**About You**:
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills
- You have a positive attitude and are an enthusiastic individual
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills
- Your experience in an office or retail environment is considered an asset
