Night Auditor/front Desk Agent

The main task of the night auditor is the verification of the commercial transactions done during the business day in order to balance the accounts and the deposit. At the same time, the auditor is also responsible for all front desk related task during the night shift: welcoming guests, proceeding to the guests’ check-ins and check-outs, respond to requests and coordinate the hotel activities throughout the night, take reservations, give information about the hotel and it’s services, provide information, ensure proper communication between the departments. The night auditor must also handle first level complaints.

This position is for weekends/holidays.

Complete all the accounting tasks of the night audit.

Verify and correct the daily transactions.

Sort the daily transactions and produce the daily reports.

Balance the accounts and close the business day for the front desk.

Produce the daily revenue report.

Answer the phone and transfer calls.

Take reservations and proceed to the check-ins and check-outs of guests.

Deal with guests’ complaints.

Respond promptly and efficiently to guests’ requests

All other tasks related to the front desk.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)
