- Answer phone calls and handle client intakes

- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, etc.

**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong secretarial and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Jane is a plus
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clinic. Your role is crucial in creating a positive impression for our guests and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. If you are friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
