**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
- Take initiative to support other team members and office operations.
- Perform light cleaning duties around the office.
- Complete laundry duties on-site, including folding.
- Provide support with basic computer tasks and office software.
- Help manage or update social media if needed.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using office phone systems and handling administrative procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and eager to learn new tasks.
- Social media skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.23-$21.39 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
