**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital job boards.
- Administer payroll and benefits using HRIS/Payroll systems (ADP, Workday, Ceridian, or similar).
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and workplace safety standards.
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and ensure data privacy/security standards are followed.
- Generate HR analytics and workforce reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate training programs using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Partner with leadership to implement talent retention and succession planning strategies.
- Support organizational change management and digital transformation initiatives.
**Technical Requirements**:
- Proficiency with **HRIS systems**.
- Experience with online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong skills in **Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)**; advanced Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis) preferred.
- Familiarity with **payroll management software** and time/attendance tracking tools.
- Ability to leverage **HR data/analytics** for workforce planning and performance tracking.
- Understanding of **labor law compliance systems** and workplace safety requirements.
- Experience implementing or managing **digital HR workflows** (onboarding portals, e-signature tools, document management).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification such as CHRP/SHRM preferred).
- 5+ years of proven HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
