We are hiring a full time **HR Manager **to support our team in **Mississauga.**

- Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals to provide HR support and act as resources for all Spectrum team members ensuring that our culture and company values are role modeled in every interaction and situation and that business objectives are met
- Manage branch recruitment including high-volume recruitment of PSWs and weekly onboarding of new hires to meet KPIs
- Manages the Safe Return to Work Program for all WSIB and Non-Occupational claims
- Acts as a role model for health and safety participation by participating in the JHSC and all work site inspections
- Acts as a resource for managers and staff regarding all policies and procedures
- Manages all labour and employee relations concerns and complaints in partnership with management and union rep (as applicable)
- Manages the progressive discipline and performance management policy and procedure with management

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
- CHRP designation preferred
- 4+ years’ progressive experience in a Human Resources role with experience in unionized settings
- 2+ years’ experience in managing high volume recruitment
- Experience managing a team of HR professionals
