The Office Manager performs a variety of duties a administrator, primary contact with the public, clerical duties, receptionist duties, financial reports and account reconciliation, coordinates the Society's activities and assists group coordinators. The work can involve physical activity such as setting up tables (weighing up to 30lbs) and shoveling snow.

Some bookeeping/accounting experience is required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
All people entering the office are required to wear a mask

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
