Precise Parklink (West) Ltd. (PPWL) needs a highly competent individual to complement our Edmonton team. Precise ParkLink (West) Ltd. is seeking a Parking Office Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide superior customer service, exceeding the expectations of our customers and clients.

**Key Attributes**:We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Previous experience in the Parking Management/Operations environment is an asset
- Excellent Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Products, ability to use our internal software systems
- Self-starter
- Motivated, outgoing and energetic
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Experience with high volume office setting
- Well organized
- Task oriented
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
**Key Responsibilities**:As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with contractors, maintenance department, equipment supplier and Landlord/Property Managers
- Coordinate and plan for office services including
- Manage vendors providing services in our office
- Manage Tools and technology used in our office
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are metNew site set-up
- Ordering equipment, signs and maintenance
- Preparing/initiating/configuring software tools used at the parking lot
- Working with a team to understand all roles and responsibility our company must undertake at each of our locations
- Maintaining regular communication with our clients and PPWL team members.
- Responding to requests or issues in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Initiating and following up on customer or PPWL team members requests and issues while maintaining a business relationship with each site's landlord and/or Property Manager
- Assisting with month end reporting for our clients, ensuring information packages sent to clients are comprehensive and include valuable operational information on what occurred in the last month
- Managing online tools used to sell and promote our parking locations
- Facilitate resolution, or the prevention of, issues/problems for Calgary operations, and or related functions of Edmonton (head office) or Saskatchewan office/operations.
- Enhance and develop policies, procedures and service systems to meet the goals of PPWL Operations
- Handle Customer enquiries and complaints
- Performs other duties as required
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
