Qualifications:

- Administrative and bookkeeping experience (1-3 years)
- Sage 50/Simply Accounting or similar accounting program
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook, sharepoint) and adobe
- Degree or diploma in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of agriculture is not required but would be an asset

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

- Bookkeeping and administrative operations such as accounts payable, data entry into internal software programs, and scanning documents
- Communicating with staff and central office
- Administration of the day-to-day operations of the office (supplies, light cleaning)
- Reception - answering phones, greeting guests
- Receiving grain and drug inventory
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to adapt to change as role requires
- Available to work Monday - Friday
