Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain office tidiness: manage dishwashing, recycling, and other cleaning tasks to keep the space organized and welcoming.
- Provide plant care, ensuring office plants are watered and healthy.
- Perform repetitive tasks such as data entry, filing, and document scanning.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks like organizing receipts, entering invoices, and assisting with simple reconciliations.
- Assist with coffee runs, snack restocking, and other errands to keep the office running smoothly.
- Help manage office supplies and ensure everything is stocked and in order.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and assist with general scheduling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills are a must, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping software (QuickBooks or similar is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage routine, repetitive tasks efficiently.
- A friendly, can-do attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Interest in learning basic bookkeeping (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
- A love for plants and basic knowledge of plant care is a bonus
