Bookkeeper - Part Time

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online, to record and track financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using Quickbooks Online Software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Would be an asset to have a background in agriculture.
- Can work remotely with very flexible hours would require to organize paperwork, bills & etc from time to time to keep everything organized.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
