We provide detailed information regarding all aspects of the resort and its offerings. As the "voice" of Blue Mountain, we service Fully Independent Travelers (FIT), conference guests and the general public. - Selling and reserving lodging for leisure, group and conference guests. - Selling season passes and gift cards. - Consistently using the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. - Providing accurate & detailed information and informing callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** - Ability to thrives in a sales environment; some previous sales experience an asset - Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience an asset - Advanced computer skills: comfortable working with multiple systems and multi-tasking - Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills - Articulate, with an excellent command of the English language **AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE** **BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW** Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
