We are very excited to inform you of a fantastic Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant opportunity in an established construction company based in Toronto, Canada that has been around for over 45 years
The role involves Bookkeeping and general administrative tasks - the main goal being to accurately keep all items up to date and organized.
- Quickbooks experience (min 2 years)
- An Educational background in accounting/bookkeeping
- Extensive Knowledge in A/P, A/R, Preparing financial statements, Accruals, Progress Billing, Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation etc
- Knowledge on Filing Government Remittances e.g. Payroll Source Deductions, WSIB, HST etc
- Attention to Detail
- Knowledge on Creating/Combining Documents to Create PDF
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
The main programs/software currently used are:
Quickbooks Desktop, Salesforce, Dropbox, Microsoft outlook/excel
