Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Junior Bookkeeper to join our Richmond Hill office. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting both bookkeeping and general office administration. Approximately 60% of the role is administrative, with the remaining time focused on bookkeeping and financial support tasks.
This position is well suited for early-career candidates, recent graduates, or students with relevant coursework who are looking to build practical experience in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory tracking
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to support the sales and accounting teams
- Enter and maintain data with a high level of accuracy
- Respond professionally to internal and customer inquiries
- Assist with other administrative and bookkeeping tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- College-level bookkeeping coursework or a bookkeeping certificate
- Comfort working with computers and learning new software systems
- Strong Excel skills and accurate data entry abilities
- Good math skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others when needed
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Candidates with relevant coursework, internships, or co-op experience are encouraged to apply
