**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work full-time, Monday to Friday.

**Location**:

- Primarily in the GTA and surrounding area but travel will be required from time to time.

Truesite specializes in scanning, modeling, and analyzing job site conditions to mitigate risk and save time and money for construction professionals. Operating nationwide, we support architects, engineers, constructors, and property owners in various projects, including new builds, renovations, property management, and heritage projects.

**Our Services**:

- 3D Laser Scanning: Utilizing cutting-edge lidar instruments, we capture millimeter-accurate point clouds, providing detailed, non-destructive records of the built environment. Check out our work here.
- Modelling: Importing point cloud data into modern BIM and CAD platforms to create models, kick-starting projects with a single source of truth.
- Analysis: Examining point cloud data to ensure compliance with flatness, levelness, or slope requirements, or comparing against existing BIM models for deviation analysis during construction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements through effective communication and needs assessment.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase the features and benefits of Truesite's solutions, emphasizing their value in addressing customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base by actively seeking new prospects.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively articulate our unique selling propositions.
- Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical terminology into clear and concise information for non-technical clients, facilitating better understanding and decision-making.
- Record Keeping: Update records of customer communications and contact information through a provided CRM system.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
