We specialize in marine operations and logistics for large corporations in the energy sector. We help our clients develop systems and strategies to enhance the supply chain operations for their marine shipments, including transportation, quality control, cost optimization, market reports, data tracking, and analysis. As the experts for our clients on all aspects of the marine process, we deliver the highest quality service with an emphasis accuracy and efficiency every day.

We have an exciting opportunity as we expand our team for an Operations Coordinator. With the rapid growth of KTB and our clients, this position will allow you to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment and learn directly from executives and experts in the marine and energy sector.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the day-to-day operational functions to ensure that the requirements of our client accounts are met:

- Advising on shipping and supply chain contracts
- Updating and maintaining various dashboards to maintain KTB internal operations, as well as similar trackers for clients
- Identifying insights from data
- Preparing reports and presentations in PowerPoint
- Building data trackers, reports, and analyses in Excel
- Manage Project Management software inputs
- Parsing through shipping market reports and creating market specific PowerPoint decks
- Daily project/client management
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly internal and client reports
- Building strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify opportunities for creating value

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience with project management tools preferred (i.e. Wrike, Mondays, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; strong Excel skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive, team-based environment and upholding company culture and values
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- High level of meticulousness and attention to detail
- Enjoy working independently; can work autonomously and with mínimal supervision
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Motivated and eager to take on new challenges
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Some sales experience an asset
