Position Summary
The Tour Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the operational side of our tours. This includes preparing itineraries, arranging services, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring all trip components run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage flights, hotels, land services, and other tour components
- Work with suppliers, DMCs, and partners to finalize arrangements
- Assist in preparing itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents
- Monitor updates, changes, or delays and ensure timely communication
- Support customers and internal teams throughout the trip cycle
- Maintain accurate operational records and booking details
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to deliver well-executed tours
Requirements
- Experience in travel, tourism, or operations coordination (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and a teamwork mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
