Position Summary

The Tour Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the operational side of our tours. This includes preparing itineraries, arranging services, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring all trip components run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage flights, hotels, land services, and other tour components
  • Work with suppliers, DMCs, and partners to finalize arrangements
  • Assist in preparing itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents
  • Monitor updates, changes, or delays and ensure timely communication
  • Support customers and internal teams throughout the trip cycle
  • Maintain accurate operational records and booking details
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to deliver well-executed tours

Requirements

  • Experience in travel, tourism, or operations coordination (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a teamwork mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
