Overview
This role is designed for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone -
someone who ensures things move forward, problems get solved, details are captured, communication is clear, and the executive team can focus on high-level decision-making and growth.
Duties
- Track key operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-department communication to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and time-sensitive operational needs with urgency and accuracy.
- Manage or support cross-functional projects.
- Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and communication on behalf of the Director.
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Fast learner, proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Emotionally stable, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Able to manage multiple priorities with calm and confidence
- Thrives in a support role to a high-performing leader
- Operations, administrative support, project coordination, or HR experience is an asset
- Experience in education, school, construction, hospitality, or multi-site businesses is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,717.02-$68,875.26 per year
