We are looking for Line Cooks & Prep Cooks. These are key positions within our organization. They play a critical role in providing excellent internal and external customer service. The position is very demanding, however, it is also very rewarding.

**Specific Skills and Abilities**:
Concise communication skills - both written and verbal

Fluent in English

Able to exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Able to communicate pleasantly and professionally with the public, staff, and managers

- Able to follow recipes and picture books exactly
- Able to cross-train and be versatile in all areas of the kitchen

**Pre-Requisites**
- Able to work late hours weekdays and weekends
- Competent as a Kitchen Steward

**Experience**
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
- Experience working under pressure
- Experience working as a cooperative team member
