**LINE COOK / FOOD PREP. POSITION FOR O'LEARY'S CREAMERY, ST. MARYS, ON.**

O'Leary's Creamery is a full service family run Pub & Grill located just behind the busy main street in beautiful St. Marys Ontario. We pride ourselves on being customer focused, offering house-made dishes & welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an eager, friendly & motivated individual to join our team

With the largest outdoor patio in St. Marys and one of the most popular spots to go for pub fare we are looking for three (3) line cook & food prep persons to join our team to help ensure our day-to-day business runs smoothly and efficiently so we may continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Full time & part time hours available
- _Must be able to work evenings & weekends._

**Main Duties Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Responsible for preparing ordered meals throughout dinner and lunch service in a timely manner
- Accurately reading food orders as they are submitted from the FOH Servers, and prepare meals accordingly
- Ensuring all food is prepared to highest quality following Health Code regulations & making sure each plate is exactly what the customer ordered
- Have a thorough understanding of the restaurant menu
- Must be able to take direction from Kitchen Manager & work well under pressure
- Completing kitchen closing duties and maintain a very clean work space
- Follow all Health and Safety policies set out by the restaurant
- General house keeping duties
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- _Previous restaurant experience / cooking background is considered an asset but is not necessary full training will be provided_
- _Compensation will be discussed during the interview._
