We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared according to our standards of excellence and safety. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is handled and stored safely, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Assist in cooking various dishes as needed during service hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and the food industry is essential.

Expected hours: 10 - 44 per week

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
