**Duties &**

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating job descriptions and job postings.
- Sourcing, recruiting, and conducting pre-screenings and first interviews.
- Scheduling second and last interviews for the HR Department.
- Working with the HR Department for training and orientation schedule as well as confirming all necessary documentation is available for the onboarding process.
- Working with Department Heads to fill the Recruitment needs.
- Any other assigned tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education and or work-related experience in Human Resources or Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Must be able to work 9am-5pm from Monday-Friday in the office.
- Understanding, professional, reliable, multi-tasker, and efficient.
- Highly motivated with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and familiarity with the process.
- Strong communication, computer, and social media skills.

**Compensation**:$45,000 base salary + employee retention bonus at the end of the year, negotiable after performance appraisals
