**Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator**

**Location: North York, ON**

**Reporting to**: Vice President
**Accountable to**: Recruitment Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Support**:

- Attend and coordinate attendance at recruitment-related events within Ontario, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Assist in creating and managing job postings and ads to attract drivers in partnership with the Corporate Recruitment Department.
- **Onboarding & Training**:

- Oversee the onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring all necessary documentation and pre-hire steps are completed.
- Partner with Operations to coordinate and manage driver training and sign-offs.
- Track and manage records for drivers in training, including associated costs.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work with Operations and HR to address driver support needs and escalations.
- Assist in maintaining updated records of driver profiles, growth requests, and incidents.
- **Event & Field Representation**:

- Represent the company professionally, including providing accurate information on roles, pay, and operational details.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to speak knowledgeably about company offerings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Ontario, including overnight trips, and flexibility to make or take calls during weekends.
- Experience in recruitment or human resources is an asset but not required.

**Additional Details**:

- This role requires travel to meet drivers and attend events across Ontario.
