**About the Role**
Kayver Care Services is seeking a proactive, compassionate, and organized **Recruitment & Support Coordinator** to guide applicants through our consultation and onboarding process. Whether you're working part-time or full-time, your role will be to meet potential applicants (from Facebook, seminars, and referrals), explain our services, and help them take their first step toward becoming a successful caregiver or nanny in Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct Consultations**:

- Host 1-on-1 consultations via Zoom, phone, or in-person
- Explain Kayver’s job opportunities, caregiver training, LMIA/work permit process, and immigration support
- **Convert Interest into Commitment**:

- Encourage applicants to complete sign-up steps (retainer agreements, training, or paperwork)
- Follow up with applicants who are undecided or need more support
- Respond to inquiries from Facebook messages or seminar signups
- **Provide Ongoing Applicant Support**:

- Assist with filling forms and answering FAQs
- Ensure applicants feel confident, well-informed, and supported
- **Coordinate Internally**:

- Maintain accurate records of consultations and applicant status
- Work closely with the recruitment, training, and marketing teams
- Identify common applicant concerns and help improve the onboarding experience

**Qualifications**
- Tagalog-speaking strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, persuasive, and supportive approach
- Experience in recruitment, customer service, immigration, or caregiver sectors is an asset
- Comfortable with Zoom, Gmail, spreadsheets, and online forms
- Knowledge of LMIA/work permits is a bonus (training provided)

**Work Schedule**
- **Part-Time or Full-Time** available
- Flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for consultations
- Based in Toronto or remote (with stable internet and quiet work environment)

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week
