**Job Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Marketing and Recruitment Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at attracting prospective students and growing enrolment. You will collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and prospective students to promote our programs and recruit a diverse and talented student body.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets across various programs, including digital and traditional marketing approaches.
- Develop partnerships with schools, organizations, and other institutions to expand recruitment opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, open houses, webinars, and info sessions to engage with potential students and their families.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure effective promotion of programs, courses, and initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize recruitment efforts and improve ROI.
- Monitor and manage the institution’s online presence, ensuring the website, social media platforms, and other channels align with the brand and effectively communicate key messages.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure recruitment strategies are competitive and innovative.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, student recruitment, or related roles, preferably within higher education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content.
- Experience using CRM systems and data analytics tools to track and improve recruitment performance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for recruitment events.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in higher education marketing and student recruitment.
- Knowledge of international recruitment and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising campaigns.

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
