**Role Overview**:
As our Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the execution of recruitment advertising. You will be responsible for the purchasing and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and coordinating media services with vendors for traditional media purchases. Additionally, you will engage in community research to ensure our clients' hiring efforts are seamless and effective. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build your skills in recruitment marketing within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate media services with vendors for traditional media purchases, including print, radio, and advertising.
- Conduct community and boots-on-ground research to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Support Account Managers with the preparation of detailed media estimates and proposals, outlining costs, timelines, and specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, coordinating resources to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide administrative support and assist with proofreading ads and maintaining the media database.
- Ensure the accuracy of posting details and associated costs.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 1+ years of administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently manage competing deadlines.
- A team-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and a desire to achieve results in a deadline-driven environment.
