Synergy Protection Group is currently hiring for Talent & Engagement Coordinator. This is a key position and will be responsible for the recruitment of assigned client groups.

In this role, you will:

- Establish recruiting requirements based on the organization’s plan and objectives, meeting with support/operations managers to identify and discuss the needs
- Conduct full cycle recruitment activities such as job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, interviews and job offers for high-volume positions
- Develop and execute a variety of sourcing strategies that deliver top-tier and diverse talent for current and future hiring needs
- Organize, represent and promote the Company at various recruitment events such as virtual and in-person job fairs
- Assist with internal projects as required.

What you will bring:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business management, law & security administration
- 2-4 years of experience recruiting for high-volume positions
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone, video, in-person etc.)
- Ability to travel as required
- Knowledge of standard business practices within the security industry would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and partner effectively to promote “one team” approach
- Ability to organize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
