**DRYWALL ESTIMATORS NEEDED FOR LARGE DRYWALL COMPANY IN TORONTO AND BARRIE**

We are seeking a Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to join our team You will be responsible for the management and delivery of various projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of commercial construction
- Produce detailed estimates
- Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments
- Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Manage schedule to ensure project is completed in a timely manner Order, manage materials and equipment to ensure everything is onsite or ready for crews the following day
- Report work progress and budget matters to company owner
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
- Train workers and tradespeople
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Proven experience as foreman or similar position required
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with mínimal supervision
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and deadlines
- Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
- Accurate and precise attention to detail

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
