**Duties**
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Utilize construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create detailed estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and budgets.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare and present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary throughout the construction process.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates and related documentation for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to enhance estimating accuracy.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information accurately.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
