What are we looking for?
- Culinary Expertise: Knowledgeable in culinary practices, food safety, preparation, production, and presentation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, twist, lift to 50 pounds, and handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high work quality, handle feedback well, and ensure special dietary needs and allergens are addressed.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Organizational Skills: Stay composed under pressure, proficient in MS Office, and capable of writing reports and presenting information.
**General Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Gastronomy, or a related field.
- Food Safe Certification Level 2 is highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chef in similar restaurant operations.
- Mexican cuisine experience is highly desirable.
