**The Role**

We're looking for a skilled, motivated Chef de Partie who thrives in a creative, fast-paced kitchen environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional food. You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, managing a section of the line and helping to elevate every dish that leaves the pass. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong culinary foundation looking to take the next step in their career.

**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, salads, mains, brunch service), ensuring prep, execution, and standards are seamless.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality and consistency, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Lead and support junior kitchen team members during service, fostering a positive and efficient workflow.
- Ensure station is set up, stocked, and organized for every service.
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Communicate proactively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef about any issues, ideas, or improvements.
- Participate in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
- Assist with inventory, receiving, and proper storage of goods.
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and testing when appropriate.
- Uphold our values in your work and interactions with the team.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent culinary training.
- Strong knife skills and station management.
- Hustle — you thrive under pressure and can keep pace in a busy kitchen.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for food, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
