What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable. This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Head Chef with all aspects of culinary operations including scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, etc.Leads by example, trains and coaches’ team to provide an excellent, memorable culinary experienceAssists in sourcing, ordering and maintaining inventory of high quality supplies to enhance our guest’s experience  Oversees the employee dining room ensuring cleanliness, food quality, and team performanceEffectively resolve guest complaints and restore guest satisfaction through active listening, creative problem solving and teamwork  Communicate effectively with all managers and departments to ensure coordination with Food & Beverage services, guest needs, quality control, etc.  Keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to appropriate departments Assist in creating daily specials highlighting local ingredients and Alberta inspired cuisine Assist team with food prep, cooking, serving, expediting and other operational duties when necessary  Train and invest in culinary team’s learning and growth Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen stations Maintain provincial and federal food safety standards Ensure compliance with internal SOPS and company standardsWears the proper uniform and ensures team appearance and presentation standards are upheldAssist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties Perform other duties as requested by managementREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS1-3 years high-volume culinary management experience requiredCulinary degree or training preferredCurrent Food Safe certification or food handler sanitation certificate requiredWork-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is keyWilling and able to work solo or as part of a teamCommitted to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standardsOrganized with a great eye for detailA good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutionsHelpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile About Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
