**DOYLE SALEWSKI INC.**, is a financial advisory firm offering Personal and Commercial Insolvency Services. We have a staffing position available for an administrative position, where ongoing training and development will be provided. Main responsibility will be assisting as back up reception and assisting our Personal Insolvency Services in the administration department.
- English spoken and written
- bilingual English and French (asset)
- Exceptional telephone skills-assistant to the main receptionist
- Experience in customer service and team work (essential)
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with speed and precision
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Ascend, Insightly
- Classification (filing) via electronic filing system (scanning)
- Classification (filing) of paper documents
- Assist in the photocopying and mailing of notices as required
- Assisting fellow employees with task deadlines
