Hours: Approximately 3 days per week (flexible schedule)

Compensation: Based on experience

SMC Towing Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

- Light bookkeeping and data entry
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
- Organize digital and paper filing systems
- Upload and manage documents across platforms
- Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day admin support

What You Bring:

- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience (QuickBooks experience PLEASE)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Previous admin or office experience preferred

Schedule:

- Part-time role: approximately 3 days per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
