**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Supervise and support clerical staff, providing guidance as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings and events.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall office functions.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience in clerical duties and front desk operations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Knowledge of LMN is an asset
