**Warehouse and Office Administration Assistant**

The person in this full-time position will be responsible for performing daily warehouse duties such as receiving and maintaining inventory in addition to supporting the Office Manager in administrative duties.

**Skills/Abilities Requirements**:

- Experience as an invoice clerk or in general warehouse administration is preferred.
- Electrical or construction knowledge is an asset.
- Able to lift material/stock up to 30lbs.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail and other basic computer skills. Quickbooks knowledge is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, consistently meet deadlines and possess strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges.
- Able to sit consecutive hours to use office equipment and computers. Climb ladder in warehouse (2step).

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receive materials from suppliers and maintain an orderly and clean stockroom and work area.
- Ordering of electrical materials and supplies. Maintains inventory levels in the warehouse.
- Able to match inventory packing slips to invoices/statements for payment.
- Analyze paperwork received with attention to detail in order to ensure information accuracy and address any discrepancies.
- Processing entries for shipping / receiving, vendor claims, and credit notes.
- Occasionally picks up materials and delivers to staff at worksite (primarily residential).
- Cleaning the offices and staff room which includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying garbage/ recycling.
- Responds to phone calls/online inquiries for services and forward as required.
- Daily social media updates and posts.
- Ensuring that client information details are accurate, kept up-to-date and organized.
- General administration and support for the Office Manager such as data entry as directed.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent. Business Administration with a background in construction considered an asset but not required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills. French is considered an asset.
- Experience in Quickbooks On-Line an asset.

**Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:30pm with duties performed in person at location. No work from home/hybrid available.**

**Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour based on previous job experience and education.**
