To support the national need for rapid service distribution across the country, Maxwell has opened branch offices in Halifax, Montreal, Belleville, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver.
**Summary**:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reliability & Punctuality
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Dispatch work order and reporting
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and safe manner.
- Follow safety regulations and procedures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
