**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Interest in the Fashion, Modelling, Acting industry is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with administrative functions and office procedures.
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Comfortable using phone systems and handling multiple lines effectively.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
