Receptionist/administrator

**Summary**:
The Receptionist role is highly interactive with the financial advisory team, clients, and office visitors, where the primary goal is to deliver superior client service. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships while adhering to compliance rules relating to client financial information. Working collaboratively with all team members is essential. This position reports directly to the financial advisory team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep CRM up to date and maintain client files
- Scanning
- Update client cards
- Courier
- Maintain office supply list to be forwarded to management on a monthly basis
- Fill printer
- Maintain tidy office atmosphere
**Job Knowledge or Work Experience**:
- Experience: minimum of 3-5 years work experience within a similar role.
Proven experience in customer service and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system an asset.
- Must be bondable.
**Education**:
- College diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience an asset
