**We are hiring for our client in the Financial industry.**
**Duration: 6+ months**
**Remote in Nova Scotia, Canada**
**Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4 pm or 9am to 5pm**

The main function of an administrative assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in ad-hoc projects or related task

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of previous customer service/admin experience required
- Experience with CRM systems required

**Nice-To-Have**:

- Bilingual French/English

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- CRM software: 1 year (required)
