**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering inquiries in a friendly manner
- Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Support administrative functions as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency

**Experience**
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties and customer service
- Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail in all written communications
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$24.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
