Event Coordinator

Studio III Dance is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an **Event Coordinator & Office Assistant**. This combined role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning and organizing events while also supporting the daily operations of a busy dance studio.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee studio events (recitals, in class events, workshops, competitions, etc.)
- Organize and supervise children’s birthday parties hosted at the studio
- Provide on-site support during events and parties (evenings and weekends as scheduled)
- Maintain studio organization and ensure event spaces are prepared and tidy

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability**:daytime office hours, evenings, and some weekends**:

- Event planning or office administration experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Hours & Compensation**
- Approximately **10-20 hours per week**:

- Combination of daytime office coverage and evening/weekend event support
- Hourly wage based on experience
